Third, fire door installation
1. Door frame installation :
1.1 In order to ensure that the door frame can be adjusted freely in the opening, the opening should be trimmed to ensure that the front and side of the door frame are vertical to the ground;
1.2 The fixed door frame is connected to the wall with iron nails or expansion bolts, and steel fire doors are reserved for expansion bolt holes for installation;
1.3 The installation of door frames without lower frames should ensure that the opening direction of the doors is the evacuation direction. For a large number of fire doors on the same plane, a straight line should be drawn at both ends to ensure that the door frames are on the same plane and have the same height.
1.3.1. Measure the level of the upper frame with a thin horizontal tube during installation, and adjust the frame to the vertical ground with a wire drop or a ruler. The door frame must be firmly fixed, but the nail must be kept 1cm. When the door is installed, nail it to the end. Be careful not to damage the door frame when nailing.
1.3.2 After the door frame is fixed, ensure the following:
① Use a horizontal ruler to measure the verticality error of the two sides of the two frames ≤1mm / m;
② Use the inner and outer right angle detection ruler to detect the right angle error of the two vertex angles of the inner notch ≤1mm;
③ Use a steel tape measure to measure the upper and lower deviation of the inner slot ≤ 1mm, and check that the diagonal deviation should not be greater than 3mm.
2. Door leaf installation :
2.1. When installing wooden doors, check whether the size of the door leaf is consistent with the door frame. Determine the hinge position on the frame leaf. It is strictly forbidden to open the hinge groove on one side. The depth of the hinge groove on the frame is the same as the thickness of the hinge.
(2) After the hinges are installed, they are parallel to the frame;
(3) The hinge slot is suitable in depth, the position is suitable, the door gap is even, and the switch is flexible without flipping the fan;
(4) The hinge groove is on the same plane.
2.2 After the door is installed, the following points should be guaranteed during commissioning:
(1) Check the gap of the door leaf with a feeler gauge;
(2) Check and confirm the height difference between the front surface of the frame and the fan;
(3) The door leaf switch is flexible, and the rebound amount is checked and confirmed.
